Lalaria beach, we find it in the northwest part of the beautiful Skiathos Island, and together with Koukounaries it is considered one of the most beautiful.

It can be reached only and exclusively by sea or with a private boat or through one of the many excursions organized by the agencies on the island. A word of advice, given that the area is quite beaten by the Meltemi and could make your excursions not really pleasant especially the journey since the wind shakes the sea a little, always check the weather conditions for the day you would like to do this experience in so as not to have bad surprises and above all not to fully enjoy the day and the beach. If you wish, you could also combine your excursion with a visit to the sea caves of Skopili and Galazia.

Lalaria beach is a small coast with white and gray pebbles with a large rock formation behind it, but the peculiarity that distinguishes it is the beautiful natural arch carved by the wind that almost like a bridge connects the land with the sea. Needless to say, the water you realize is a sight, it goes from blue to intense blue and is clear and crystalline.

Obviously it is not equipped, seen and considered that it can only be reached by boat so I recommend you bring everything you need from water to a sunscreen to a hat to shelter you as there is no shaded area.

Here it depends a little on what you want to find. Usually organized tours make two trips a day, one from 10.00 to 14.30 and the other from 15.00 to 19.30 (the journey takes about forty minutes each way). In the morning it is certainly more crowded because it is always exposed to the sun, in the afternoon instead it is found with less crowd as the sun going down puts it in the shade and will not make you enjoy the magnificent colors of the sea. The positive side as in all things however there is and is that you can admire a postcard sunset to be captured with a photograph and in the memories of your holidays in Greece on the Island of Skiathos.
