Firopotamos Beach is perhaps one of the most famous beaches on the Milos island. It is located in the north east part of the island just a few minutes from Adamas and about two kilometers from the Plaka village. Inside a small and picturesque bay that creates a wonderful natural swimming pool where the clarity and color of the water will make you seem to be inside a postcard, it is ideal for relaxing, taking long swims, snorkeling among the rocks and lounging in the hot Hellenic sun.

The beach itself is small in size with soft white sand, and surrounded by tamarisk trees which provide some shade and relief. Equipped with a few umbrellas so be careful when you decide to visit it, it has a small kiosk for something cool to drink and some quick snacks. Almost always sheltered from the wind, it is a small corner of paradise.

The village behind it is the classic fishing village where someone still devotes himself to this activity, with low whitewashed houses and with the Syrmata buildings once used as a shelter for boats but which have now been transformed into dwellings of the locals or for the fastest and luckiest rented to spend the holidays in Greece on the Milos island. A small church to visit on the beach to break the day.

A real pearl not only for the sea that gives almost surreal colors, but above all for the atmosphere it transmits, as if time passes with a natural slowness and without too many problems, a real panacea for the mind.

Reaching it is easy through an asphalted road and at the end a small dirt descent but, if you are careful it will certainly not be a problem. A convenient parking for your vehicles and then, via undress and dive into this wonder of Nature.
