The Finikes Beach, we find it a short distance from the port of Katapola in the southwestern part of the Amorgos Island  and also close to the small Lefkes village.

A remote coast despite the proximity of one of the major developed centers, surrounded and hidden by wild cliffs spotted by some shrub inside a small and sheltered bay with a pebble beach bathed by clean and crystalline waters and an intense blue sea.

A favorite destination for lovers of naturism given its secluded position, it is completely free, there are no services, so if you want unspoiled nature and stay there all day, it would be better to take precautions and bring drinks and food. Also remember some good sunscreen and something to shelter you from the sun as there is no shade.

The first traces of civilization can only be found in Katapola or Lefkes, otherwise nothing in nothing but what more could you ask for if you want relaxation and privacy?

From Finikes beach, the sunset is a truly idyllic moment, the sky and the sea are tinged with warm shades almost like a postcard. Even the view of the Aegean is something exciting and unique, in short, a place to get lost in fantasies and leave thoughts and worries out.

There is not much to tell about Finikes beach, its beauty lies in its simplicity and its disarming naturalness, you have to live it in order to truly understand the gift that Mother Nature wanted to give us.

It can only be reached on foot through a path from Katapola and perhaps also for this reason it has remained intact and inviolate.

A small hidden pearl, where you can feel free and come into direct contact with our land, which is why it is to be included among the beaches to see in Amorgos.
