Our gastronomic journey continues between the Greek islands, and today it’s the turn of Corfu’ or Kerkyra as it is called.
One of the Ionian islands so close to Italy but so different also from the gastronomic point of view, the island that welcomed Ulysses before the coveted return to his beloved Ithaca, a fascinating destination that over the centuries has bewitched nobles and writers, including the romantics Sissy and Lord Byron.
The main ingredient is the fish and precisely the scorpion fish with the sea hen and obviously vegetables that never fail in the Greek menus.
