Turtle Beach called also Alagadi Beach is located in the north east of the beautiful Cyprus island  and is the beach where the caretta caretta turtles come to nest.

From the end of May to the end of September, the research center of Alagadi takes care of the area from 9.00 am to 8.30 pm with a team mainly of volunteers to assist the visitors who want to attend this wonderful and exciting event.

The beach is located in a protected area and during the nesting period is closed to the public during the night.
