The wild Ligaries beachalso known as Lygharies beach, we find it in the northwestern part ofthe Skiathos Island about seven kilometers from its capital.

First of all you have to beindependent, there are no public bus rides that come up to here'. Itwould be better to rent a 4x4 car or a quad as there is a good pieceof dirt road to go.

Keeping Skiathos Town as yourpoint of reference, follow the main road north across the island andfollowing the road signs until it ends. From here there are more orless eight kilometers of dirt road which is not very difficult to dobut where you must always be very careful especially if you decide tocome with a scooter rather than a normal car, remembering that therenters do not respond in case something happens on roads not markedon the map.
