Agia Eleni Beach, we find it in the western part of the Skiathos island about twelve kilometers from the capital Skiathos Town.

A small inlet that owes its name to the church dedicated to Santa Elena, with soft golden sand with a lush forest behind it and a sea with a transparent and crystalline blue color. It is a beach very suitable for families with children as the waters are shallow and the environment very peaceful. Fortunately, although very popular with foreign tourists and consequently quite stormed, the beach is not as chaotic and noisy as Banana beach.

It is equipped partly with sunbeds and with particular bamboo umbrellas (the cost varies from 8 to 10 € per dayin 2022), beach bars and taverns where you can enjoy excellent and fresh Greek or international cuisine. It has three different establishments to choose from so you will only have to decide in which to spend your day. A part of the beach of Agia Eleni, however, is free and you can find comfort from the heat under the trees surrounding the area. As in all the islands in the summer it is a bit crowded especially by young people who come together to have an aperitif and to enjoy the magnificent sunset moment considered one of the most beautiful to see given the position of the beach and certainly to be captured from a souvenir photo or always in the drawer of your memory.

You are wondering, very simple. You can get there independently with your own vehicle, or by bus that leaves from Skiathos Town, get off at the Koukounaries beach stop and from a path you reach Agia Eleni, or by boat excursions that leave from the capital every day.
