An itinerary that includes Kos, Fourni, and Samos is an authentic experience in the heart of the eastern Aegean.
These three islands offer a mix of idyllic beaches, archaeological sites, picturesque villages, and traditions rooted in classical Greece. Starting from Kos, the birthplace of Hippocrates and an island of long beaches, the tour passes through the Fourni archipelago, an oasis of tranquility and authenticity, and concludes in Samos, the land of Pythagoras and sweet wines.
Kos is part of the Dodecanese archipelago and is located just 4 km from the Turkish coast. With an area of approximately 290 km² and over 100 km of coastline, Kos offers sandy beaches, countryside planted with olive trees and vineyards, and mountain villages with panoramic views of the Aegean.
Kos is known as the birthplace of Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine. The island has been dominated by various civilizations: from the classical Greeks to the Romans, from the Byzantines to the Ottomans, and even the Knights of St. John, who built the majestic Neratzia Castle. Kos’s strategic location, on the border between East and West, has made it a crossroads of cultures and trade for millennia.
According to Greek mythology, Kos was the site of the adventures of Heracles (Hercules), who landed here and defeated some giants. The island was also sacred to Asclepius, god of medicine, worshipped in the famous sanctuary of the Asklepion.

Fourni is a small archipelago located between Samos and Ikaria, comprising about 20 islands and islets, only three of which are inhabited. Here, time seems to have stood still: small bays, secluded beaches, crystal clear waters, and fishing villages characterize the landscape.
Fourni has been inhabited since ancient times. Its strategic location between the Cyclades and the Dodecanese islands made it a refuge for fishermen, traders, and even pirates during the medieval period. Today, it is an oasis of authenticity, far from mass tourism.

Samos is a green and mountainous island, with pine forests, vineyards, and golden beaches. Located just a few kilometers from Turkey, Samos is famous for its natural landscapes and for being the homeland of great historical figures.
Samos is the land of Pythagoras, the famous philosopher and mathematician, and of Epicurus, also a philosopher and founder of the Epicurean school. During antiquity, it was a naval and economic power, with a strong cultural influence. The Temple of Hera (Heraion of Samos) is one of the largest sanctuaries dedicated to Hera.
According to myth, the goddess Hera was born or spent her childhood on Samos. This sacred connection made the island a primary religious center.
