About ten kilometers from Kos Town in the area of Psalidi which in Greek means scissors, we find the Embros Baths .

From the rocks flows streams of hot water emanating from the volcanic springs of Kos at about 30-40 degrees which mixes with the water of the sea and makes the temperature extremely pleasant to relax. It is a natural pool, an open-air and completely free SPA, a must of the Kos island, especially on full moon nights and at sunset.

The residents, by the sea, have created with rocks a real thermal area of one meter and 20 cm of depth, to enjoy water rich in sulfur, potassium, calcium and magnesium with therapeutic powers against arthritis, rheumatism, and excellent for skin.

The beach is gravel and dark, we say that it is not exactly the main attraction and not the most beautiful in Kos, but it is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and will give you the opportunity to relax in the miraculous waters.

You can reach it by car, leaving it on the promontory and going down for about ten minutes on a dirt road but easy to follow.We advise you to bring water because the temperature outside is higher than in other beaches and you could dehydrate yourself.

Go for a visit (we like to go towards the sunset or even just after) if you will be for your holidays in Greece on the Kos island, it is an extra cuddle and above all free.
