Villa Mare and Villa Sabbia are two quite similar holiday homes, measuring 120 square meters. each and are located on Psarou beach in the Ammoudi area. Each villa has three bedrooms and a private swimming pool and can accommodate 6 people each. The villas can be rented separately or together.

Entering through the main entrance on the ground floor, guests will find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, together with a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a veranda with direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor comprises two bedrooms equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower each. These rooms share a common veranda with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool. The outdoor areas have a private swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas and barbecue. The two pools are separated by a fence to ensure your privacy.
