Nightlife in Skiathos
The small Skiathos island as well as offering dream beaches and unforgettable holidays for its natural beauty where you will only be spoiled for choice on where and what to see, in recent years is starting to take hold and become a destination also for its nightlife.
Don't think it's as extreme as in Mykonos or Ios, we are still a long way off actually, here you will find a more relaxed and refined entertainment but which will keep you going until dawn. The Greeks are famous for their cheerfulness and are masters at organizing events and parties during the summer, let's say that the locations help a lot so why not take the opportunity to combine fun and fabulous places?
Let's start by saying that Skiathos Town is the queen of nightlife in Skiathos, the capital is in fact where you can find many opportunities to meet people, dance, drink cocktails and make new friends. So if in addition to the sea you also want an after dinner, it would be better to stay directly in the capital.
As in many Greek Islands, also in Skiathos we have the classic "bar street" on the east side of the port in via Polutehneiou, or near the house of Papadiamantis, and still the Trion Ierarchon Square, in the old city. Keep in mind that most clubs don't open until midnight so you'll have plenty of time to go to dinner and get ready for the night.
On the waterfront in the avenue of the old port with a crazy view of the Bourtzi Peninsula you can find one after the other of the bars where you can sip a colorful cocktail while towards the end of the port there are disco bars with slightly louder music. For example, if you want something more indigenous, don't miss To Psaradika, an ouzerie near the fish market at the end of the old port where you can sip a glass of ouzo accompanied by typical mezedes (usually fish-based appetizers), and again for a dream sunset go to the outdoor café nestled among the Bourtzi pines.
Going up the staircase that has now become an identifying sign of Skiathos for the people of the night you will find curious places such as Pillows with its colorful cushions where you can sit and get intoxicated with sophisticated drinks but the list is really long, here are some ideas for where to spend an unforgettable evening :

The most popular and largest of the island heart of the nightlife of Skiathos. It opened in 1978 and still remains the coolest today. A crazy view of the sea, evenings with international DJ sets, cocktails and lots and lots of fun.
Banana Beach Club
For the trendiest beach parties with a touch of transgression based on cocktails and loud music. Banana beach which is not located in Skiathos Town but about fifteen kilometers west of the capital. A day that never ends among young people with the desire to have fun.

It is the oldest club on the island. Stone walls and a fantastic garden inside an old mill. A small area where to dance and where the atmosphere heats up during the summer nights after midnight. Different evenings that go from tributes to jazz, blues, rock to Latin American.

The quintessential gay club in Skiathos. Open since 1998, it is famous for its parties, live shows with drag queens where you can dance, drink and meet people. A mix of British and Greek music with a happy hour until 10pm. To get there, follow the rainbow arrows...
Phedrock

Born in 2014, it offers cocktails and drinks. Open late daily with a generous happy hour from 5-9pm. Perfect for following sporting events and organizing private hen or stag parties.
Kentravos Bar

A place with a vintage touch that offers rock, soul, jazz, blues and the legendary music of the 80s and 90s. Fun for an evening of fun, dancing and lots of good cocktails.
Marilyn bar

The last of the rooms right where the port ends close to the rocks. Happy hour until 21.30 with sophisticated cocktails and excellent music in a classy setting.
Blind Dog Bar

Right in the heart of the capital, it's the perfect place to let loose on an unforgettable night. Music by Danny and Zoe and what about the very nice blind dog Guy but with a sense of rhythm :).
Drift in
Perhaps the most fashionable bar in Skiathos, elegant with a balcony from which you have a magnificent view of the port. Holly the owner will cheer you up with incredible cocktails all accompanied by a respectable musical selection.
Totem Bar

Live music every night with different repertoires and styles. A lively atmosphere with beer and cocktails for an evening of singing and listening to good music. Stylish and with a Native American theme a very sought after place for nights out in Skiathos.
Rock and Roll Bars
It is located near the main Papadiamandis street and is a very nice little place with seats on the welcomes with colorful cushions. Serves great cocktails at moderate prices. Background rock music that alternates with other genres. Relaxed atmosphere with happy hours from 19.00 to 21.00
