Balos Beach Samos

The quiet Balos beach can be found in the southwest part of the green Samos Island in the beautiful Marathokampos Gulf.

Near the Koumeika village, it has a coastline about four hundred meters long of small stones mixed with sand, clear and transparent waters, a sea with turquoise shades and a seabed that descends slowly for the first few meters from the shore so if you are a family with children, pay attention to where you go.

Wedged in the large bay where within twenty kilometers there are other pearls such as the Kaladakia beach, or the Psili Ammos beach and even further down the Klima Beach beach all highly sought after by visitors, the Balos beach always remains quiet and little frequented.

Even fans of fishing at Balos beach will have their satisfaction, it seems that the area is rich in fish so rod in hand and get yourself dinner!

The atmosphere that surrounds this part of the bay is very relaxed, the classic fishing village almost stopped in time where everything happens as it should be without stress and what is not good will fix itself, a philosophy that is more than ever spot on and above all which saves you great stomachaches or sometimes unnecessary insomnia.
