Kavos Beach Rhodes

2 minutes to read

The pretty Kavos beach is located in the south eastern part of the Rhodes island near  the Pefkos Bay.

A small beach in an inlet that is not very well known and little frequented, therefore ideal for lovers of tranquility and relax.

The shoreline is of soft golden sand bathed by a clear and transparent sea that looks almost like an aquarium, with a backdrop suitable also for families with children. Ideal for snorkelers as the waters are full of small fish near the rocks.

It is half equipped with about twenty sunbeds and umbrellas at a cost of € 12 per day (2022) while the other half is completely free. Just above the beach a tavern where you can find a drink or to eat something typical of Greek cuisine.

Kavos beach is located near Lee beach divided only by a small promontory that you can also do on foot to visit both areas.

Getting there is simple, follow for Pefkos towards Kavos Beach until the end of the paved road, where you will find a small dirt path, follow it and you will arrive on the beach.

It is recommended to visit Kavos beach at sunset, the landscape and colors will remain forever in the memories of your holiday in Greece on the Rhodes island.
