Kolymbithres Beach Paros

Kolymbithres beach is undoubtedly one of the most famous and particular beaches of the beautiful Paros Island. We find it in the large Naoussa Bay also called Plastira Bay in the northwestern part. From the two main seaside resorts Parikia and Naoussa are respectively eleven and four kilometers.

A real natural ornament made of striking white, smooth and vertical granite blocks that line the coast sculpted by natural elements such as wind and sea which with its saltiness over the centuries have modeled them in strange and bizarre shapes continuously change and which are very reminiscent of the typical lunar landscape.

There are several ways to reach Kolymbithres beach. The most comfortable is with your own vehicle. Then head north west to Naoussa and then head following the road signs to the beach where you will find a parking lot that during the summer fills up quite quickly given its size, but you can still leave your vehicle along the road but be careful to park it well so as not to obstruct the passage.

The second alternative is by sea, there are many gulets the typical Greek boats that from the Naoussa port reach the Kolymbithres beach every day even with several trips a day. As always, special attention is paid to timetables so that you can organize yourself in the best possible way.

And again with a water taxi that takes you to the beach in a maximum of ten minutes.

And finally for the walking and hiking enthusiasts, a beautiful coastal path that starts from Naoussa along more or less three kilometers that will take you through wonderful views of the bay and the nearby islands.
