Mykonos perhaps one of the most famous marvelous Greek islands, where day and night are one, where the parties seem to never end, where sandy beaches and turquoise sea are not lacking besides this however there is it is more, a nature of astonishing beauty that if seen in the not really peak periods, will leave you that nostalgia that will force you to come back again and again and again.

Platis Gialos Beach 

Platis Gialos beach is located in the south-east part of Mykonos about four kilometers from the capital. It has a coast not so long but of fine light sand with a sea that goes from turquoise to emerald with a gently sloping seabed, therefore suitable for families with children. It is equipped with all comforts.


Ornos Beach

It is also suitable for families with children for its soft white sand shoreline and a clear, transparent and almost always calm sea. Ornos Beach is located in the southeast part of the Mykonos island about two and a half kilometers from Mykonos Town. To reach it independently from the main asphalted road following the signs for Ornos, or by local buses that leave from the capital. Unfortunately, she too is full in the summer, but it's worth it for a day. Equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, water sports such as windsurfing and diving and water skiing schools. In recent years the area has developed a lot and offers a large choice of typical taverns where you can taste local and Greek dishes, restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops. The surrounding landscape with its perched houses and new splendid luxury villas is an extra touch of beauty.


Kalafati Beach

Kalafatis Beach is located in the south east part of the Mykonos island near the picturesque Ano Mera village. A beautiful bay with a coast of fine golden sand and a turquoise and crystalline sea. Given the location is almost always beaten by the wind, in fact it is the favorite destination for windsurfers and surfers. Diving schools and facilities that rent boards are present on the beach to give you the chance to try or have fun in the Aegean Sea. The beach is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, offers a choice of typical taverns where you can taste excellent fresh fish and local specialties, bars and cafés. From the small harbor of Kalafatis boats leave every day to visit the  Dranosisi islet where beautiful caves await you to be explored. Reaching it is simple, just take the main road and follow the signs for Kalafati. Suitable for sportsmen.


Paraga Beach 

Located in the south-west part of the Mykonos island, Paraga Beach is divided in half by a small promontory that generates two fairly fine crescents of light colored sand and offers a calm and crystalline sea that goes from blue to turquoise to emerald, a real nature paradise. Equipped with a wide choice of bathrooms with sun beds and umbrellas, taverns where you can taste something typical or for a quick snack, beach bar and lots of fun. Paraga beach is mainly frequented by a young people, also because the famous Paradise Beach is just a few minutes away. However, considering that the seabed is sandy and slowly sloping, it can also be suitable for families with children. Reaching it like most of the beaches on the island of Mykonos is very simple, just take the main road and follow the signs. Paraga Beach was once a hippie paradise.


Kalo Livadi Beach

Kalo Livadi beach of Mykonos is located in the east part two kilometers from the village of Ano Mera. Flanked by a fertile valley, it is a long beach of very fine golden sand with a clear and transparent emerald green sea. Equipped with all comforts and very suitable for families with children.


Agrari Beach 

To the south of the Mykonos island, practically an extension of the best known Elia Beach, lies Agrari Beach. Reaching it is a bit of a challenge as the main road remains higher than the beach which is reached via a dirt road and quite winding. The beach, however, is magnificent, first of all much quieter than the nearby Elia, then for the sandy coast and small pebbles and to finish but not least, bathed by blue and extremely crystal clear waters. She is much loved by naturists and is gay freindly. Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (be careful who first arrives, stay better), only one restaurant / tavern with tables under the trees and a bar .. Agrari Beach can also be reached by local buses (they leave you on the main road then you have to do it on foot to the bottom), or by taxi-boat.


Elia Beach 

Elia beach of Mykonos is located in the east of Mykonos. It is a beach with a long shoreline of gold-colored sand separated about halfway by rocks with lush vegetation around it. The sea is emerald and extremely transparent. It is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, bars and taverns to eat something. Elia beach is very popular with naturists.


Paradise Beach

Mykonos Paradise Beach is located in the south east part of the island. A crescent with a golden sand shoreline and a transparent sea. It is the favorite destination for young people where beach parties and parties are on the agenda. It is a very equipped and very chaotic beach. Not really suitable for families.


Super Paradise Beach 

Also in the southeast part of Mykonos, it is a beautiful beach of soft sand with a clean sea from the intense blue to the emerald. Suitable for a young audience for the numerous musical events that are organized daily. Super equipped and let's say even inexpensive, it is certainly one of the most famous places on the Mykons island.


Psarou Beach

Mykonos Psarou Beach is south west of Mykonos Island. It is a golden sandy beach bathed by a clear blue sea. It is the most VIP beach in Mykonos, where you can meet famous people from the jet set. It is equipped and also very expensive given the type of people who usually love to frequent this coast.


Lia Beach 

It is a very quiet bay in the south east part of the Mykonos island. To reach it is very simple, just get to the picturesque village of Ano Mera, pass it and go south through the countryside to the beach. Ideal for those who want to relax and stay away from the famous Mykonos nightlife. The beach is sandy and small pebbles, embraced by rocks and bathed by clear waters and the unmistakable turquoise color. It is perfect for long swims and snorkelers. Equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, it is possible to have fun with a varied choice of water sports and as regards appetite, two nice taverns where you can taste Greek and local specialties and a beach bar for a refreshing drink or a quick snack. The hills around without vegetation make this place almost surreal giving that feeling of complete freedom that is so good for our mind. The favorable position of Lia Beach allows you to admire the islands of Naxos and Paros on the horizon. Ideal for families with children.


Agios Stefanos Beach 

Agios Stefanos beach of Mykonos is located about a kilometer from Troulos near the town of Mykonos Town. It is a coast very popular with tourists with clear sand and a clear blue sea. It is super-equipped and suitable for families with children.
