Villa Kochyli is a 90 sqm two-storey villa that can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. Upstairs, there is a king-size double bedroom and a second double bedroom, both of which extend to their sea-view balconies. There are two bathrooms with a shower, one on each floor. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a relaxation area with 2 built-in sofas that can easily be used as comfortable single beds. This beautiful holiday home offers its guests a large private veranda, equipped with wooden loungers, a dining table and an outdoor stone relaxation area. The veranda overlooks the magnificent bays of Groikos and Petra, completing the unique traditional patmiana architecture with panoramic sea views in the front row!!

Whether inside or in the living room or outside on the terrace, you will enjoy the view, comfort and luxury that this property has to offer. The house is fully air conditioned and fully equipped with all electronic devices (LCD satellite TV, DVD, CD, MP3, Home Cinema). The villa also offers free Wi-Fi and private parking. Cleaning is done every 2 days and sheets / towels are changed twice a week.

Please note that the villa is currently undergoing a spectacular renovation which is not yet available in the photos shown! In the master bedroom, there is now a glass wall on the side of the sea, which offers panoramic views of the bay and the deep blue sea of the Aegean directly from the bed!
