Villa Chora, A unique 2-storey villa, recently built with elegance and taste, in full respect of the Patmian architectural tradition of wood and stone. The west orientation of the villa offers spectacular sunset views and a panoramic view of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.

The villa is strategically located on the outskirts of Hora, the renowned capital of the island, fully accessible by car, but a 5-minute walk from the main square of Chora. The villa has private parking spaces.

The interiors are tastefully decorated with an eclectic blend of modern and traditional furniture.

Ground floor:

The ground floor serves as a living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Off the living room and a few steps higher is a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom with shower.

Upper floor:

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a small built-in desk, large wardrobes and a large private bathroom with shower. This unique bedroom offers a great bed view of the colorful sunset sky. Its large veranda equipped with two wooden sun loungers also enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the Bay of Petra.
