Asplathia Villas

About seven kilometers from the city of Lefkada in the north of the island above a promontory, we find Asplathia Villas. There are different types of villas:

From the first to the third level of the complex we find three villas that develop on 3 levels. They have 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people each. They are ideal for families, couples or groups of friends.

On the ground floor the main entrance is the living room with a traditional stone fireplace, the side door that opens onto the pool and the stairs leading to the bedrooms.

In the basement there are 2 bedrooms: the main bedroom (with a double bed and private bathroom with bathtub) and a second bedroom with high quality curtains (also equipped with a double bed that can be turned into 2 single beds for children and shower / WC). Down in the cellar, the kitchen is combined with a large sofa that can be transformed into 2 single beds (for children or younger people).

At the highest point of the complex, the villa is on 1 level with an area of 45 m2, has 1 bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 people (+ a child). It is ideal for couples. On the ground floor the main entrance leads you to the living room - kitchen, with the traditional stone fireplace and the side door that opens onto the pool.

At 2 km from the ASPLATHIA VILLAS, there is the restored stone house that architect Thomas's grandfather built about 150 years ago, using the rocks of the area. The pool of the house is on a rocky side and looks like a natural lake. Inside the house, a large living room on the ground floor with a dining room and a traditional fireplace. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find three large bedrooms with private bathrooms and large verandas that offer excellent views. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families and couples.
