It is located in Tigaki in the northwest part of the beautiful island of Kos. It is just 700 meters from the beach and 15 minutes by bike from Kos Town. The four newly built independent houses are located on a fenced plot of 6,000 square meters of lush land, surrounded by an abundance of olive and fruit trees.

Inspired by the much needed simplicity, it offers moments of relaxation and peace in nature, near the sea. Each house is built with the key that identifies the concept of modern design. Therefore, the building materials used, such as wood and natural cement, came from nature.

The two-storey houses have an open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor of, while there is another bedroom in the attic of 20sqm upstairs.

Outside, each house has a large patio shaded by wooden pergolas that creates a cozy place where guests can laze and interact. The tree-filled gardens are ideal for basking in the sun, relaxing, letting children play safely and experiencing the true meaning of the holiday.
