Gianni Studios is located right on Alyki beach in the south of the island of Kimolos about five kilometers from the port of Psathi and not far from cafes and some typical Greek taverns. At about two and a half kilometers you will also find Ellenika beach.

The bright apartments furnished with wooden furniture are of two types. Double room and room for three people on the first floor and on the ground floor with an area of 25 square meters. They are equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, balcony with sea view where you can relax and admire the landscape. The studios instead are located in a private building attached to the complex and have an entrance and a private garden. It can accommodate up to 3 people and in addition to the comforts as in the rooms, it has a kitchenette with electric plates and all the main utensils for independent catering. There is certainly a balcony where you can end the day with a beautiful view of the blue Aegean, the island of Polyaigos and the village of Apollonia on the nearby island of Milos.
