It is located in the northwestern part of Kefalonia and is the official beach of the village of Antypata, only about five kilometers away from the more famous town of Fiskardo. The region is called Erisos and is a part of the island where the vegetation is lush with forests and pine forests that give shade during the hottest hours and that end in wonderful remote coves.

The Dafnoudi beach is almost a natural swimming pool, where human intervention fortunately and we hope it is forever so has not yet arrived, with a view of the nearby island of Lefkada where the only sound of the waves and the chirping of birds are the testimony. that there is life.

A real divine gift made of white pebbles, waters ranging from blue to turquoise to emerald always clean, crystalline and calm given its position sheltered by the cliffs on the sides at the bottom of a steep valley with a stony bottom that goes down quite quickly. On the right side of the rocks, there are small caves to be discovered and in particular a slightly larger one where inside a small beach always of light stones in total shade where you can relax and shelter from the sun.

It goes without saying that the Dafnoudi beach is not equipped, already getting there is a challenge, just imagine having the comforts but its beauty is just that, untouched nature and that's it. Since the beach is not exactly comfortable to spread out the towel unless you are a potential fakir, it would be better to have an inflatable mattress. The same goes for the shade, on the beach less than zero, so either a hat or an umbrella if your intention is to stay there all day. As for food and water, even here it is your responsibility, fill your backpack with everything you may need.

As soon as the village ends, turn left and continue for about a kilometer and a half. You will arrive from a certain point in a dead end in the middle of a green forest. Here leave the car and continue on foot through the path surrounded by very tall old trees that give shade and cover from the hot summer sun. The journey takes about fifteen minutes but it is a walk with a magical atmosphere in the middle of this almost fairy forest until you arrive at the beach that opens up in front of you with its crazy colors and its natural beauty.

Obviously you have to be independent, whether with a car or a scooter, you can't get there in any other way.

The Dafnoudi beach given its secluded location is very much appreciated by naturalists, it will not be difficult to find someone like mom did it, but remember that in any case in Greece despite being the cradle of pure love, it is not well inclined to nudism so if they were to arrive especially locals with children, have the kindness to cover yourselves as they would also have every right to oblige you to do so.
